The short version
- You keep ownership of your biodata. We only use it to build and show the document you asked for.
- What you type is saved on our servers, with or without an account.
- We never sell your data, and we don't send it to any AI service.
- Analytics is not anonymous: we keep a hashed IP, your browser type and the pages you visit.
- Email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.

Terms
Who we are, and what this covers
- The service
- BiodataPro is a free online tool for creating, formatting, downloading and sharing marriage biodata documents. This page is the agreement between you and BiodataPro Online, and it covers the website and everything you do on it.
- Accepting it
- Using the service means you accept this page. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the service.
Who can use it
- Age
- You must be 18 or older to create an account or publish a biodata. The service is built for matrimonial introductions between adults.
- On behalf of someone else
- Families often prepare a biodata for a relative. If you enter another adult's details, you confirm you have their permission to do so and to share the result.
- Children's information
- Do not upload photographs or personal details of a minor. If you believe a minor's information has been published through the service, email us and we will remove it.
Your account
- Signing in
- An account is optional. You can build and download a biodata without one; signing in exists so your drafts follow you between devices.
- Keeping it secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms apply to that step.
- Accuracy
- Enter information that is accurate and yours to share. A biodata is read by other families making a serious decision.
What you may and may not do
- Permitted
- Create biodatas for yourself or for family members who have agreed, download them, and share the link with whoever you choose.
- Not permitted
- Impersonating someone, uploading another person's photograph without permission, publishing obscene or unlawful material, harassing anyone, scraping the site, or reselling the templates.
- If you break these rules
- We may remove the content or suspend access, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
Your content stays yours
- Ownership
- Everything you enter, text and photographs, remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
- The permission we need
- To operate the service we need a limited permission to store, format and display your content: that is, to render your biodata, generate a PDF, and serve your share link to whoever opens it. It is used for nothing else, and it ends when you delete the content.
- Share links are public
- Anyone with your share link can open the biodata without signing in. Treat the link as public, and delete the biodata when you no longer want it reachable.
Our templates and brand
- What we own
- The BiodataPro name, the site, and the template designs are ours. You may use the templates to produce your own biodata; you may not redistribute or resell the designs themselves.
Availability and liability
- Provided as-is
- The service is free and provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features.
- Keep your own copy
- Download and keep a copy of any biodata that matters to you. We are not liable for loss of data you have not kept a copy of.
- Limits
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
- Outcomes
- We format documents. We make no promise about any outcome of a matrimonial introduction.
Governing law
- Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Changes
- If this page changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means the new version applies.
Privacy
What we collect
- Your biodata
- Name, date of birth, contact details, family and professional details, and any photo you upload, whatever you enter into the form.
- Your account
- If you sign up: your name, email address, and a Google account identifier if you use Google sign-in.
- Usage data
- A hashed version of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page that referred you, which pages you open and how long you stay. If you are signed in, these records are linked to your account email.
Why we use it
- To build your document
- Formatting, generating the PDF, and creating a share link.
- To let you come back to it
- Saving drafts, and syncing them across devices when you are signed in.
- To improve the product
- Understanding which templates and pages people actually use.
- To reply to you
- Answering support and deletion requests you send us.
Where it is stored, and for how long
- In your browser
- Drafts are kept in your browser's local storage while you work, so the editor stays fast. Clearing site data removes them.
- On our servers
- Saved biodatas are stored in our database. This happens whether or not you have an account, an account only decides whether the biodata is tied to you and syncs across devices.
- In transit
- Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with TLS.
- How long
- We keep your biodata and account until you delete them or ask us to. There is no automatic expiry, so if you want something gone, delete it or email us.
Who else sees it
- Sign-in, if you choose it. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager also run on every page and set their own cookies.
- Meta
- The Meta (Facebook) Pixel runs on every page and sets its own cookies.
- Anyone with your link
- A share link is public by design. Whoever holds it can open the biodata.
- Nobody else
- We do not sell your data, and we do not send anything you enter to an AI service.
Your choices
- See and change it
- Edit or delete any biodata from your dashboard. Unsaved drafts clear when you clear your browser data.
- Delete it
- Email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
- Opt out of tracking
- A browser-level ad or tracking blocker will stop the Google and Meta scripts from loading. The site works fine without them.
